    • Course registration is conducted through the official ABA Companion website.

    • Payments are made through our official payment partners, including Xendit and BCA.

    • Registration is considered valid once payment has been successfully received.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, videos, and documents provided by ABA Companion are copyrighted property of ABA Companion. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ABA Companion shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or training materials.

Refund Policy

We understand that your plans may change. This page explains the cancellation and refund policy for ABA Companion therapist training courses.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your participation in the course by completing and submitting the Registration Cancellation Form no later than 3 (three) days before the course start date.

An administrative fee of IDR 180,000 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and processing costs.

2. How to Request a Refund

    1. Complete the Registration Cancellation Form.

    1. Send the completed form by email to [official refund email address].

    1. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after all required documents have been received in full.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • The refund request is submitted less than 3 days before the course begins.

    • The participant does not attend the course without prior notice.

    • The participant has accessed or downloaded the training materials (for online courses).
